New Tenant Information

Remedy Medical Properties, Inc., your Property Manager, will be happy to assist you in any way we can to see that you will have a smooth transition. We hope the following information will answer some questions you may have.

  • Move-In Date: Please inform your Property Management Office, contacts can be found in the Building Management section, of your anticipated move-in date and time.
  • All emergency maintenance requests need to be directed to our Call Center at (866) 824-4571. They provide 24-hour service 7 days a week.
  • For Non-Emergency maintenance requests, please click here!
  • Utilities: Please contact the Tucson Electric at (520) 623-7711 to have the electricity changed over into your name if separately metered. Check with the Property Manager to see if applicable for your particular suite.
  • Janitorial Services: Please make the property management office aware of any cleaning restriction, additional requirements or specifications for your suite. If janitorial services are not included in your lease, please provide the property management office with a copy of your janitorial contractor’s certificate of insurance, business license and schedule. We are happy to assist you with making the necessary arrangements to address all of your cleaning and janitorial needs.
  • Telephone Services: Please contact the vendor of your choice to establish phone services. This includes CenturyLink, COX Communications and many others.
  • Hazardous Waste: Please provide the property management office with a copy of your Hazardous Waste Removal contractor’s certificate of insurance, business license and schedule PRIOR to services beginning.
  • Tenant Profile: In an effort to set up your file with the most current information, please download and complete the below Tenant Information and Emergency Contact form and return it to this office via email to a member of your management team at your earliest convenience. Please update this information when necessary.
  • Building Signage: Please fill out the Directory and Signage Request form to request signage and to provide information for the tenant directory. Please complete and return to the property management office via email to a member of your management team at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions related to the same, don't hesitate to contact your property management office at any time.
  • Low Voltage Wiring: If you are having telephone or data wiring installed in your suite, you will need to contact a provider; your Property Manager may be able to assist you with this information. Tenants are responsible for their own installation costs associated with phone lines and computer wiring within the Premises.
  • Keys: Please inform your property manager of the number of initial suite keys and access cards you will require upon move-in. Use the attached Key Request form and/or the Access Card Request form to request additional keys and access cards.
  • Finally, it is necessary for our office to have a current Certificate of Insurance on file for each tenant, evidencing liability and personal injury coverage. The limits should be in accordance with your lease requirements. Please contact your insurance agent and have a current certificate of insurance submitted to the property management office as soon as possible by email to a member of your management team.
