Standard operating hours for the building’s heating and cooling system are tied to the building operating hours depending on the season. Typically HVAC is run one hour prior to opening at 6:00 AM and one hour after closing at 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 AM through 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Requests for additional service should be placed at least 48 hours in advance by calling the Maintenance Call Center or Property Management Office. 24 hour tenants are exempt from the above schedules.
If you need adjustments to the temperature of your office, please contact the Maintenance Call Center at (866) 824-4571. A member of the property management staff will handle individual temperature adjustments to common areas. We will make every effort to provide an even temperature and as comfortable an environment as possible.
